Ha Ha Some of you guys need to harden up - lol
It's not like they were licking thier fingers or anything REALLY gross.............
I wonder if the guy had a bit more than he three beers on the table as he seems remarkably chilled out as his neck is exploded.

Re: New AT's, give me your opinions.
Leftfield idea - I used Sime Alpina AT (made by Simex) on my old Discovery. They gripped well on all surfaces and cleared too. Never had any issues really. I only had them on for about 40000K before selling the Disco but had heaps of tread left. Got them thro' Trade-me and they weren't expensive ...

Re: A-framing vehicles
Just to add my 2c. I did all the Laurie Sansons last season towing my swb Mu with my Discovery. No problems at all. You do get a bit of "push" on tight corners and it was better with some weight in the back of the Disco. It only once actually unstuck the Disco and that was within 500m of collecting ...

Hi all,
I know it's early days but does any one have an idea of when the first round will be this year?
Just so I know how long I have to complete the Mu.
Cheers Matt

Well I stripped the seats, doors and front guards off the Mu for fitting the cage. Scratched head and looked at for a bit and now I think I know where I want it to go. Still not sure if my bending skills are up to the job. Then took the kids to a friends place so they could hoon about on the quad ...

I'm as biased as everyone else is but if you want solid axles a bit of space and auto my first choice would be a Rangie classic. Second a Disco. Easy to mod hundreds of sites showing you what can be done and even as stock they go places you don't expect them to.

I'll be there in the mighty Mu -
It will have it's new boots on too - 33's KL71's so it will be a good chance to find out how well they handle the mud.

Did a body lift on the Mu to allow me to run my new 33's in the next Laurie Sanson. It was SO easy - only bit I forgot was to remove the fan shroud FIRST before I did the lift. It would have been easier to remove if the fan hadn't been jammed against it. Today I'll pop back down the workshop and fit ...

Hi There, Dont know if you have found shocks for your MU, as this was posted in 2007. I have recently purchased OME (Old Man Emu) all round for my Mu. Price wise I payed about $1700 parts only or $2200 fitted, will be doing the fitting myself. There are other brands/cheaper out there, but pays to ...
