Very expensive here in OZ, if they are cheaper there I will get my Mum to bring some over in Sept.

In the engine service manual it shows a picture of an additional smaller radiator that was fitted to the terrano's going to Australia. Obviously the original radiator is too small in the first place!

Is there any special way to refill the cooling system? I just replaced my water pump and the system has no leaks but I have had to add extra coolant about 3 times??????

If you look closely you will see that it was a 2" weld bend that I split in half and seperated to fit the shape of the flange then added shaped pieces in the middle. Everything I have read about fitting coolers says that the way you have fitted yours it will fill with air,
the inlet has to be lower than the outlet.
