i hope you have a soild flywheel or it will slip, im runing 13 psi on my 1 with standard exhaust then went to 2.5 inch and it made it rev out a bit faster the fucked the flywheel going to put a intercooler on it and try put sum more boost into 2 it

who shim your diff then coz they must suck shit haha

you can drive it on the road i went tho heaps of wof with front lock dif

well with the shim i put in it twins all day every day and i got a 1kz-te in my hilux

pull the cap off the front of the diff weld it up and put manual hubs on it that is wot i did and it worked well

i cut a 2mm shim and put in my 1 it is just like a lock diff or just put a ( weldrite ) pull the old mig out and weld it up

so 89 galant will fit over soild front hilux disk that are 302mm overall width with a offset off 48mm and a thicknes of 12.7mm that what the guys at BnT said they were size wise

so what year mitzi galant or mazda capella calipers, do i use so i get the right ones from the wearker, and all off this will fit inside a 15inc rim, could you send a photo of your rear set up if you can thanks

also if this can fit 15inc rims what year mr2 rear calipers with prado rear discs are best to use thanks guys

so when using mr2 rear calipers with prado rear discs will i be able to fit 15inc rims over then and do you have to machie the axle or discs in any way

Has anyone put disk brakes on the back of a hilux im looking at doing it on my 01 hilux could anyone help with what disk and caliper are best to use. And how much works involed in getting then to fit, e.g do i have to just machin the center of the disk out to fit.

I have got a 2001 sr5 hilux that im just about got all the solid front in getting a diff for it 2moro it wasnt to hard i got the sump cut so it could get as much travel as it can. its not as nice to drive on the the road but at the end off the day its way better. its cost me so far just under 3500 ...

Im after a 3.7 diff for the front of my hilux its a 2002 sr5 hilux that I have just put a soild front in and cant find a diff or gear set any wear. (IF ANY ONE CAN HELP AND GIVE ME A PRICE THAT WOULD BE GREAT)

i had a truck like your surf i weld fornt and rear diffs and it went alot better offroad and cheap i got the same in my 02 hilux now
