Snow trip 15th July

A group of us a planning a bit of a snow trip leaving Friday 15th July coming back on the Sunday, meeting at Bp Rolly at 7am. Heading to Tekapo and in behind to McHauley Hut for the night, then down to Ohau and into Red Stag hut for the next night. Anyone else keen, let me no.

Thinking of selling the internal roll cage that's currently fitted to the truck. It is a full Safety Devices cage from the UK does anyone no what it might be worth? I have never seen one for sale here. I believe it will fit both 3 and 5 door ones

Looks like he's got a bit of a camber problem too. Then again, you cant expect wheelbearings and kingpin bearings to last any more than 20 minutes with those ridiculous tyres. 3" wide flares wanted-website?

I'm after really wide flares for my Landrover Discovery 1,3 door.Currently have 2" ones. I no they make them I just can't find a site that has any.Does anyone have an idea?

Reefton wouldn't be to bad, least in the middle of winter you have a warm place to stay if you're at the old nurses hostel

Iv gone with an 80 series 4" lifted front spring in the rear, giving the truck about a 6" lift if you include the body lift.

New springs in the rear, and really happy with the flex.Shocks are way to short though.Need to sort out front end now.Couple of photos of the weekends trip

I may even sell the Navara as is, does anyone know what it would be worth. Its done 230km, auto, always been serviced every 10,000km, has canopy, tidy and near new mud tyres.

cheers for all the in put. i believe the truck is an 08 or 09 but will be able to confirm when i pick it up next week. Iv been told engine put a rod outta the block so a high chance its unrepairable

yeah thats what i was thinking maybe a qd32... i kind of want the easiest option then i can get it up and running and drive it. I was looking for another 2.5 but they are wanting MASSIVE $$$
