cheers for the awnsers is there any major probs with these eg engines and stuff

hi im looking at two terranos and dont know what to choose 95 3.2? v6 one or
96 2.7 turbo diesel is any 1 better than the other im thinking v6 more pwr....?
anything else i should know would be appreciated
