my mate has a 96 vitara and has got a problem with the fuel tank imploding, like its been sucked in top and bottom, its the second time its happened, he had to replace the tank the first time, probly will have to this time aswell.
Has anyone had this before, anyone know what causes this problem?

hi i test drove a mu today, its a 1991 2.8 5spd with 251,000k and hes asking $2500 for it, dose this seem resonable? also any problems i need to look for? what are they like off road? also another thing, i put it into 4wd and it was a bit jerky when going around in circles, any idea what that could ...

hi guys just after some advice on these motors. saw a 2.6 petrol 1990 pajero on tm today. just wundered if these motors are any good? what are they like off road?

my mates da uses one as a work truck, dont know much about the engine but he gets around 320-350ks on a tank but thats loaded up with gear and a trailer etc. his coat $1700 with i think around 160ks but the body is a bit rough.

so are these motors any good? how long do the turbos usualy last? its done 168ks. what ather problems do they have?

took a 91 surf for a test drive today. 2.4 turbo diesel. seemed to go good but the turbo was making a whistling sound, is this anything to worry about or is it normal

sorry couldnt tell u to be honest, engine change was done before i got it, previous owners tell me it runs fine just uses a bit of oil, i would like to wait to see if i get any interest in the truck before i decide to sell i seperatly
