im running 25psi in my challenger with 357000 on the clock all I did was raise the base diesel screw and pushed the pump all the way towards the head, don't even use the waste gate actuator its un hooked. shes been like that since 280000 and I tow regularly. my temp guage doesn't even rise towing a ...

The seals in the front of the diesel pump leak and allow air and old engine oil into pump causeing the stall, you can fix it tempory with a electric fuel pump but run the risk of filling engine sump with diesel as the seal gets worse

Yip i biff that balance belt away, all you get is a slight vibration in the higher revs without it. my 56 had scored bore and 220k on the clock, chucked a decent set of rings at it and a head gasket, boosted to 24psi and reved to 6000rpm bloody thing did another 220k before melting a piston on the ...

The Front Radius arms are Pajero rear with super pro bushes, NJV6 The difference was the panhard rod was to short and made the front to tight to move nice, i have moved it from the diff head to almost at the knuckle, amazing the difference. rear needs some attention as its basicly stock with longer ...

Those switchs on the 4m40's are prone to leaking, get a straight banjo fitting bolt and remove the switch, leave aftermarket gauge in, some aftermarket switches fail quick some dont cant tell ya why bt they do.

they fit trust me ive had every type fitted to mine even the old 35amper, the 95 amp one jst needs a pulley change or change ya wterpump one and ballancer to dual belt, the easiest option is the 75 amp itll bolt on, jst have to change oil dump pipe or oil pump, the spline for vacum pump does vary ...

yes there is a 95 amp one that will fit bt need to change front pully from double to single and also an aftermarket 110 amp one available

yup they fit i have one on mine, ya need to make a spacer for the frnt bolts or jst make a custom bumper to mount it to
