did you guys ask the likes of supercheap for any of those compressors that have been damaged in transit or motors dead , i brought one for 20 bucks used the reg, safety valve, and pressure cut out . the a/c clutch wired into the switch so it engages when pressure is down and disengages at max ...

check if pump has a screen in the intake as it will cause a fuel restriction when under power, had this happen on my older surf, check fuel hose on intake make sure the pump isnt sucking it closed,

hi there , psashit is ready to go unfortunately still with origgy chassis i broke my wrist big time on 07 june which still a little tender , labour weekend s gunna be a good test for it, look forward to playing again with the truks in the bush .

yea did , shows the old psashit dont do to bad when im not breaking things, will be good once i have finished building the box chassis for it just to see how much better i can get it

suck if you do send it back and they strip it they might just say that you did the damage and tuff luck . might even end up with a bill for the reconditioners labour but still no motor

hey muzz check the pcv valve from rocker cover to intake manifold just to make sure its not stuck open as will suck oil into intake now n again
hard accell n decell will make it smoke . look forward to the next outing with the old jeep cheers tony

also have a look at turbo drains too sump make sure its not over pressurising with oil pressure on one turbo cheers

not too bad a day had by muzz and i , found a good winch track to play on also had a go on the balance beam . look forward to the next round.
i would add some photos if only i knew how showing some axle twist on the jeep and balance beam

do you have the wiring diagrams for the car ? you have put a power wire to the sta on the ecu by the sounds but without lookin only guess work. mite be able too help out over the weekend if you keen , ring me on 0272801758

dont know about cost as i just do most of the work myself, as for hilux versus mahindra hilux wins hands down, and they are readily available, built it for play only , runs 34"swampers n 80 series cruiser winch
