The red nolathane bushes in the panhard rods aren't very good and will chop out with use and give the "Nissan Death Wobble". Chuck some genuine Nissan rubber bushes at it soon. Ok.......I have the truck back..finsihed with new suspension.,.....body lift......bars need finishing...and thats it. I cant recommend Corey from Downtown Auto Wreckers enough.....his prices were amazing.....3k to build the manifold.......and intercool the truck...........complete with new 3inch ...

Now....the suspension and new clutch is getting put in...and I will post pics of the final product...soon

Findings are...woohoo...its a heap better.....its goes very well now...and I am stoked. Next issue is the clutch......lol.......its slipping already.

I talked to corey about fitting an EGT probe...he hadnt done one before... where should it be fitted.....he didnt see the necessity of it.

I had thought of that........and will consider that option if this is going to prove to be a real headache......but i like the idea of more power with the v8. To be honest I thought the turboed 4.2 would have more stomp and tow power.....than it does.

Gidday, I brought this a uteback 1990 safari a little while back, and have had a few issues with it. The latest that is a repeat issue is the engine has an after market turbo on it, and aftermarket manifild etc. It is a home made exhaust manifold made form a coby exhaust. It warps badly every ...

Ok.....what do Coil spring spacers do for a truck....do they raise the body height? I still have 35's that rub....and need to lift the body out of the way.

Or do I just do the body lift?
