1uzfe sump flange CAD file wanted

Need a 1uzfe sump flange or a CAD file so I can build up a sump as I am struggling to find someone who will build one for me. Engine is in my 84 surf with high steer. Need to have the bowl behind my front diff.
Any help highly appreciated.

Re: Custom sump for 1uzfe in 84 hilux surf

The only problem is Jono is too good! He always has too much work on when I call him. Yeah, but he sometimes gets brakes in the big jobs while he's waiting for parts to come in and he can fill those gaps with small jobs. How do i get i touch with jono from JRC? Anyone have contact details that they ...

Can I use a ln130 steering box for my crossover steering set up in my 84 surf as they are way easier to find compared the ln61 version ?

1uzfe fan belt slipping

I'm still having issues with my fan belt slipping and squeling like a pig, I have removed the a/c pump and the hydraulic fan unit. I'm running a really short belt. Is there some sort of idler that is used when deleting the a/c and fan pump?

Many Thanks,
Dan.

I removed mine as they were full of rust too, then sprayed the part of the canopy black that they covered as it is white underneath them.

Rotors and calipers bolted up sweet as, had to trim the stone guard a little, bled the system with new fluid, just gotta bed the pads in first before the cert man does his re-check.

Re: Hilux failed cert on front brakes.

The brakes were mint before the conversion, always pulled up with ease, got my new rotors, pads and dot5 fluid yesterday, time to hunt down some calipers and another booster, like you say might as well do it once and be over with it. Cheers Dan

Re: Hilux failed cert on front brakes.

vented rotors (brand new about $50 each from memory)and LN130 surf callipers (about the same ex trade me?) makes a big difference to sustained braking as tim said, not as much heat build up. its been done a thousand times before and its all just bolt on shit so easy as. Exactly what I thought, can ...

Re: Hilux failed cert on front brakes.

You want to use ln106 vented rotors (same as cruiser) but you will need to get the ln106 callipers or 130 surf callipers to fit the thicker vented rotors. Make sure the whole system has fresh fluid. A lot of brake fade is from old fluid. Cheers Pete I take it that these shall bolt straight on as ...
