I think the manufacturers spec is 275/70R16. When I got it it had 265/70 R16 on it - these look small. They are nearing replacement so plan to go up. Should I consider going slightly taller again than the 275/70?
Advice welcome. Regards - Simon

Front left amber/clear light lens for 1990 Rangie wanted
I have holed the amber (indicator) and also the clear (park light) lens on the left front of my 1990 Range Rover.
I would rather not have to buy a whole new unit. Can anyone supply the plastic lens second hand?
Thanks - Simon

Weathertech Cargo Liner For Prado for sale
m This cost around $140 new. They are well designed to fit precisly into the vehicle with a good high lip around the edge...in this case a 1997 Prado (or any other year of that shape). This one shows the normal chewing around the points where the rear seats click down into the floor but I'm only ...

Yeah, thanks guys, I can't really argue with you....anyone want to argue the affirmative, ie. although it sounds horrendous, nothing is actually going to break from using old oil, so leave it. [in the back of my mind I can see stripping filler plug, pukerooing the seal on the filter, having a surge ...

Should I bother changing the oil on the old farm hilux?
One of my vehicles is a 1984 Hilux flat deck (2 litre 3Y petrol motor). This vehicle is deregistered and will never return to the road. It is missing the sort of unnecessary bits that get knocked off in the hard life, has knackered front springs and so forth. It lives in a shed on a property of mine ...

Suspension for a Nissan (but responses please from all)
My Brother in law has a very tidy 1992 (?) Nissan Safari Grand Road, that he has owned from more or less new. He thinks the standard suspension is getting a bit tired. He doesn't really off road it in any serious way. He would like to know who he should talk to in the Auckland area to get advice ...

I need a replacement windscreen wiper (or at least the bit that attaches the shaft to the blade holding arm) Being a macho munter, on the weekend I tried moving a Kanuka across the track by simply driving through it. It took my right windscreen wiper with it before I stopped and pushed it aside ...

Another Rangie follows the Bodge Example
My 4 dr Rangie is being retired due to chassis and sill rust. Much of the rest of it is in good condition. Unlike the Bodge, most of the extras have been transfered to a new vehicle (Yellow Peril transforms into Big Blue - crysalis style), so it won't get some of you quite as excited, but it still ...
