Rivers in there will be fine, this easterly rain wont be getting further west than burkes pass, they are only feed from the western ranges. Just back from there, easy going at the moment, 2wd to the hut.
A bit differrnet than same time last year when it took 4 hours to get out in over a foot of snow and white out conditons, I be keen for the trip, as long as there time for a hunt.
