I was reading on an aussie 4wd forum that the toyoat LSD's only last a few 1000 kms, then after that are pretty much useless, certainly in my 216km hilux the LSD is either worn or not working.

Was thinking about putting a new LSD center in but now im thinking it mite just be a waste of money.

So i reached the limits on my hilux yesterday and got stuck, i want to put a diff locker in, from what i have read the cheapest option is an auto locker for the front.

Anyone got any ideas of costs, reviews for different makes?
