I just failed a wof because my lights pulse dim when ideling, im wondering how i can fix this ? I have also noticed the battery light flickering at idle some of the time, even though the idle is just under 1k. The vehicle is a sj413 suzuki.

Only recent work i have done is putting new brake lights in they were blown and a front guard indercator which wasn't there from being smashed off ...

So i have fixed the wipers, it was caused by the linkages from the motor to the wipers ceasing up and then the motor burnt out. New motor and cleaning the linkages and greasing them up has fixed it.
