HI I do a lot of truck chassis lenghtening etc i would be pretty sure that you could just weld up your hilux chassis without any pre heat or post heat, i wouldnt think the steel toyoda use would be over 600 mpa other wise it would just create to many issues in production and also would be that hard ...

Thinking about changing trucks but whats the old one worth? Its a 1990 swb safari aka the "pig" -low ks 90,00ish - turbo with top mount intercooler with bonnet scoop goes very well with 12 pound. -5 speed man,new heavy duty clutch -100mm lift,drop boxes,heavy duty rear arms new stearing damper -4.6 ...

I use a dakota 20 cant fault it,have found freshmap to be the better mapping for it

35x12.5 trepadors

I have a set of 4, 35x12.5 trepadors with around 12mm of tread left on them they are in pretty good condition thought i would try it out on here before trade me,price make an offer

Shop around Dude, shop around. Sometimes an apparent "good deal" is really a ripoff. I wouldn't buy any designer bar, make one that fits your needs. Al I shoped around and i found that steve had the best kit with the best bits to suit the truck for the best price, so hasel free to fit and drives ...

Ive got one of the trademe kits from steve in my swb and it works very well, it has the heavy duty rear arms, drop boxes, raw shocks, dobson coils and long brake lines. For the price of the kit I rate it, I have also thrown my sway bars away, it is on 35inch trepadors,no body lifts around here cut ...
