there should be to "nipples"
the one on the diaphram valve is for cold start up , discard it, I discarded the whole valve.
the bighorn runs a boost compensator that is run off inlet pressure which the other nipple will be for. either use it IP, a gauge or block it.

$1000+ at diesel an turbo if you drive it in, get them to remove pump replace seals recalibrate and re fit,
~$40 if you drive down to the shop buy seal kit. another 40 for a cambelt while your at it.
or take it out yourself and ring around a few shops ask them how much to fit seals and calibrate.
