Thats the big question. If I cant get a decent price for them then I will prob keep them. Only ones on TM at moment are 4 Khumos for 1200 I think.

Just wanting to gauge interest/price in 35" Maxxis mud tyres as I may be upgrading. They are Buckshot Mudders in really good cond. Im pretty sure mine has the 100mm lift. When I got it it had the lift, but no castor correction bushes. It was a handful on the road! Hi James, welcome along. Im a new member to forum also, but have had a Surf for 10 years. I also work in Rangiora, and you would have been welcome to look over the mods I did to mine, but sold it on Friday! Sway bar disconnects and side bars were the best things I did to mine.

If it's a pre 93 truck go for the wider flanges and longer cv's out of the later 80 cruisers. More spline = stronger.

My VX is on Maxxis Buckshot's. 35's. Seem to handle ok on road, but clog up a bit in the gooey stuff. Can't comment to much though, as only had the truck 1 Month! Ive got a petrol surf with that trans. Except my transfer case is computer controled as well. T Case has its own cooler, valve body etc etc.
