silicone on tracks and disable the interior switch (or like mine it never worked) so you have get out and help it up every time which stops the motor overworking, never had problems with mine

try using a liquid cleaner ie liquid dynamo or equivalent .spray it on then leave it to soak then rinse of .This was the shizz when we wanted to clean the mud off our m/bikes this stuff is the best, been using this method to clean m/bikes, mountain bikes, buggys etc and brings it to a nice shine ...

should be able to squueze 33's under nicely on a 130 chassis with 2 inch body lift and 2 inch spring lift in back and wind torsion bars up a wee bit in front to match i had this setup in my old surf and the tyres still rubbed under full lock while flexing (in the rear of front wheel well) but was ...

Hey Mate, Welcome to the forum the hilux your looking for is a sr5 double cab made in the early 2000's im pretty sure the only diffrence is the engine (ours was a 1kzte 3.0 litre and the european one was a 2.5 d4d i think) so you might want to check the compatability of engine/gearbox mounts etc ...

how do you find the gigglepin? ive heard good things about them but never seen them over here in nz

pretty sure i had mushroomed the head of the axle a bit, causing splines to be too wide to fit into the center. I grinded off a wee bit around the first 10mm of axle/spline ( ) and she popped in first try after that, much easier than the past hour with a tiny little file trying to get it to work ...

hey guys changed both my back wheel bearings today and now passengers side axle wont go back into place, sits about 40mm out from where it should, the splines not catching, ive tried filing down splines a bit to get to line up and nothing, any suggestions as im booked on a 8.30am ferry tomorow ...

not too worried on price as i just bought truck from dealership and they said they would pay for new diff head because ive only travelled 2000km since and the diffs buggared,

got gearbox back in pos minus 10kg of dirt, also new clutch and regrease throughout

and test drive on monday when i get some oil
