Sorry for not replying earlier, that is what I would have recommended and what I used on my vehicle, they worked for me in all situations on road and off road, remember your not driving a racing car.

Hi Pommie Rick , I remember ( I think I do ) when this Ute had a wellside , 31" tyres Mum,Dad,Kids and the Dog on the back and we went out and had fun and you drove it home after the event and you used it for work the next day. I'm sure my memory must be failing ME. THOSE WERE THE DAYS OLD FITZY.

No a blocked air cleaner won't make it knock but the air cleaner should show if it has swallowed water. In your photos it shows the van has been in water even puddles and it's very easy for them to get water into the intake and it only takes half a cup of water into the cylinder to hydraulic a pisto...
