But he kinda made a good point.. the whole idea of it was to put in the hands of the clubs local to the event so they can sort it out and i can just say, heres some space heres a digger make something cool, as i have over 300 other exhibitors and demonstrators ...

I dont wish to leave it to the day to see what happens, if 5 people show up its not worth it , if 100 people show up it'l be a nightmare hence trying to organise it before hand...

Yeah that would be great, but i dont want to go to the expense of time and effort and area at the event if no one shows up..

would be a big waste of time and i could put somthing else there. its as much for the 4x4 people to show off thier hobby as it is for anyone there to see it.

As i said earlier there is interest from many individuals, however that leaves the organizing up to me which i dont really have the time to do as there is so much else to organize .... As far as clubs go the clubs that have got in touch so far have only managed a handfull of trucks.. My hope is that ...

Theres a bit of an issue with taking people for rides and we wont let you charge them, cause then its a whole differnt kettle of fish..
