I would also do oil presure, Lets you know before you do major damage to an engine whilst climbing or on an angle.
set it to 15-20 psi

Correct there Hedgeboar. I used 1100 carb soldered the jet up and redrilled it 1 size down, Then thined the needle to match , Took a couple of times to get it near right but works good now. not many places I can't get that the 413 go . Had the same problem with mine went with the SU as injection not available for F8-10 engines. As for availablity of the manifold conversion make your own. This conversion can be rapped up in an arfternoon for about & $100-150 depending on how much the carb costs you & how much you have to bribe a ...

Hi wildplumdx

What you were reading is supply voltage .
Ground your meter and find the supply conect this to the appropriate wire on the sensor . Retest with muilt meter on the other side of the sensor to ground..
Sounds like a cheap light or bad pickup at lest.

wow more words than intended :oops:

found that when i was looking to fit mine to the sj 410.
not sure what the front beam is like on the tara's but i filled the beam of the sj with a length of 3mm rollcage tube and mounted from there to my bullbar.

I run irontite in mine full time just add a whole bottle. Have run it in my racecars all the time , you never know when you are going to get a stone or stick thu your radiator. The pins on the back of the new lights are back to front.
You now have the problem you are talking about.
Solution :

Take the wires out of the plug & swap them round,
low beam l _ l high beam
earth

highbeam l _ l low beam
earth

problem sorted :D
