Re: how reilable are these land rover / range rover things
The 4.0 and 4.6 HSE p38's are the ones to stay away from unless you love spending money, There's a good reason why they can be had on the used market VERY cheap and a older Cruiser/patrol or similar year Prado will still go for a lot more coin. What a crock of sh1t. There are spare parts for them ...

TD27 missing
Hi,
I have a nissan TD27 and it is missing when it's cold. It seems to splutter a wee bit through the revs. When it heats up all is normal. Any ideas?
Thanks

Re: Waitoki 4WD Track
the track is only meters from the side of the road. I dobut you would need a permit for that. Just go and have some fun. The end has some narly dips. Better for the swb's.

Re: Any P38 Rangie owners here?
Yeah i have a p38 and it is an amazing off roader. I have some Goodyear Wrangler MTR's and kept the air bag setup. The traction control works really well in the mud and seems to push the car further and further. I am heading up to the 4wd extreme park shorlty and expect to do very well. I recommend ...

Re: m/t tyres ?
Goodyear Wrangler MTR's are really good offroad tyres. They aren't too noisy on the road and handle very well. I rate them very highly. I think they are $239 a tyre. The new model is out so they will be trying to flick the older model I would say

surely if you remove the towball from the tounge and enter a shackle through the hole it is strong enough. I suppose it depends on the thickness of steel.

Range Rover P38
Hi all,
Does anyone do a factory which bumper for a p38 range rover. I really want one but have only heard of 1 guy sneaking 1 in through singapore as hand luggage. Why are they so bloody hard to get. It's seems there is hardly any aftermaket peices compared to disco's.

Changing to LSD
Hey Fullaz,
I have a 96 Navara Double cab 2wd manual ute. It rev's its gut out at 100kph. I wanted to change from the factory open to an LSD and wondered what the best ratio would be. Are the terrano LSD's bolt on and are they any better for getting he rev's down a bit.
Cheers
