Also do this simple check that Suzukis are bad at doing! :roll: Check the transfer case mounts, the ones that are on the arms that attach the transfer case to the chassis, these often perish/break and can cause these symptoms!! :evil: The way to check them is to get a large pry bar or screwdriver ( ...

It looks good But :? I would assume it is on a Suzuki?? I had the same problem but never failed a WOF :shock: There are possibly a couple of things to do 1. I have one on my Pajero, it is pretty good.
I had to modify it a little for it to fit (remove a washer reservoir) and I heated it up to better fit the pillar

Whoops Need to also get the computer out. On the passenger side footwell you will see a plastic cover (under gloveblx, but up the pillar), remove the cover (couple of screws) and remove the silver metal box by unpugging the leads. Dry this correctly and slowy to stop corrosion. I would suggest a hot...
