Thanks for the replies. Definitely a dual mass flywheel, and will be replacing with single mass. Apparently the imports with 3L's quite often had these.
Is looking like Kaiapoi Repowers with a reconditioned engine might be the option I try.

Had a chat to Kaiapoi Repowers, and they can jam a reconditioned 3L in there fitted for $3650 + GST
Anyone know the quality of the work these guys do and how good a reconditioned engine is likely to be through them?
