in H2 with no lights on the front driveshaft moves fine, and also locks up when in L4 and H2(with the button pressed) but only once you have cycled through H2-N-L4-N-H2. Another 70 series not going into H4

Hi guys i need some help, my 70 series wont go into H4 when pressed by the button (with hub lock button on) it has manual hub conversion that someone has done before me, I can get it to go into H4 by pressing both buttons and putting T/C shifter into L4 then back to H2 puts it in H4, I have checked ...

Here are a few pictures, so basically the info i need is The length of the shaft coming out of the actuator in relation to the position of the main gear.

its an elocker. im not sure which is which, the bolt which holds the shaft from the actuator onto the fork is to the outside of the diff (closer to the actuator) pretty sure its unlocked. forgot to mention its a factory 70 series electric locker the car is a PZJ70 I've googled as much as I can and ...

I know this has been gone over and over again, but I can't find the info I need on the net, I was silly and didn't take note of the relation to the main drive gear and fork shaft and now i dont know where it goes, all I seem to get is it pushes the fork shaft out of the actuator each time i cycle it ...

ignition timing to advanced will typically give those sympyms x2, Check ignition timing, and goto your nearest subaru dealer and ask for upper engine cleaner bout $20 a can, only add in product that I have ever seen results for it sucks up through a vacuum hose while the car is running. If you like the Mak cos its close, try the Ashley, its not that far away and proper mud. Plus the up side is there are some tracks that don't look like 350,000 Trucks have been down them.
