the track is in whangamomona take the road right by the pub go past the campgrounds (really good place to stay nice people and cheap) keep following the road and it turns into the track. brilliant day 4wding

Did the traverse with my dad in Dec 2012 , awesome scenery. helped a couple of people on bikes get up one of the steeper sandy sections. Brilliant day lotsa bush pinstriping but no worries. Will do it again when I'm down that way if I have time.
