Re: swapping headlights + aircon question
Ok so i brought the 93' aircon compressor anyway for $45, got mine out last night, thought it would drop out the bottom between the sway bar and radiator, but it wasnt to be. so had to remove the battery holder. Body of compressor was the same, just had to swap over the manifold on top of the ...

Re: Petrol engine oil pressure
Thanks for the replys, yeah i will redo the wiring, its a bit bodgy at the moment - I lost the wiring diagram, and there is no identification marks on any of the terminals on the gauge! the sender is marked with "W.L" which i figured was to the gauge, and "G" which i assumed was to ground. I gues ...

Petrol engine oil pressure
Can anyone give me an idea of what oil pressure petrol engines would usually run at? I put in a fairly crappy 'autogauge' electronic oil pressure gauge the other day, it was new - but i understand they are very cheap, so not sure if thats giving me false readings or if my relief valve is sticking ...

Does anyone know if its possible to take the round headlights out of my 94' SWB 3.5 pajero and fit the square ones from a diesel? i like the look of them better, the overall shape appears to be similar, but i would think the mounting points would be different? maybe requiring abit of pannel beating ...

Ok thanks, yeah im new to the forum, so wasnt sure if its kosher to be asking tech questions in the parts forum. Thanks for the advice. Why cant all gearboxs be like the VC Valiant! Undo four bolts, slid under it and lift it out!

help: stuffed 3.5 pajero clutch
Hi Guys, I have just got back into 4wding after way too many years without one, problem is the clutch on my new pajero has decided to die less than two months after buying it. It's a 1994, 6G74 petrol engine (3496cc). DOHC 24 valve, SWB, 5speed manual. I hear these clutchs are pigs to change? Anyone ...

Re: Wanted: Mitsi Clucth kit
Haha so I hear! The 3.5 pajero seemed like a good idea at the time...but not much use to me if the motor doesnt make the wheels go roundy roundy. Anyone know if its a duel mass flywheel? or was that just the diesels?
