well I removed egr and throttle plate and still same hard start when cold. I even tried advancing timing still the same. Now I really don't know I was thinking on replacing crank sensor but when i'm driving never a problem.

ok only thing i could think of for cold start issue would be bent rods causing lower compression? as for that no load miss i spent ages chasing the same thing on mine, it was also acompanyed by a ugly fuel knock. hard to belive but after going through the same nightmare as you in the end what fixed ...
