ashcroft shafts, p38 4 pin carriers machined to suit the standard rover diff casing, early 110 large cvs, 200 tdi, auto box, 1.6 tf case, 33" tyres. thats the setup, and to date not a single issue. ive run this set up at winch challenged back in the uk with 35" simex without bother as well!

try southern 4wd in chch, Ross is the man to ask! or try central 4wd in qt.

i was round at a mates place he had his arc welder out attacking a zuki sj, so i made tool in pic no 2, very impressed with ther outcome! way neater than i expected and my pipes stayed on! just got other problems to fix now, like over heating and low oil pressure sender, it never stops.

Blancing isnt an issue, use balancing beads in the tyre, that fixes that and really should be used in all 4wd tyres, as you rip chanks out of them the weight of the tyre changes, rim weight wont change with that, beads how ever dynamically ballance the tyre using centrifugal force. using simex ...
