hey it might be your glow plugs or something that related, try double glowing it.

Glow fully the first time until the glow light turns off then quickly turn off then back on again wait until glow light go's out again and start.

this will tell you if its glow plugs/glow plug related.

Sorry to thread hack... But has anyone upgraded from the stock diesel d21 alternator and still been able to keep the vacuum pump on the back? Yes you can fit a post 93 WD21 Diesel front diff (R180) witch has the 5 bold design CVs & knuckles , witch are exactly the same as the V6 ones just R180 and Not R200 diff

so no diff drop required but then it is slightly smaller diff... not by much

Has anyone used this mod with regards to off road low speed hill descents for better engine braking ??

I suppose at low speeds it would create a lot of stress/strain on trans and if you stalled that might not be to great...

my 32" kl's have done nearly 60,000 and still got about 4mm on them =P

was looking at this option how far back did it move you diff?

i have found out what the fuse is for its quite a list

but now what is causing the fuse to break......?

This fuse keeps on blowing and the truck will not start without a new one. then blows again when you turn truck off

Poss682, Is it your new steering boxes pitmann arm won't fit onto the 2wd centrelink? Lax is correct- the 2wd centre link is the smaller taper (~13mm), the 4wd can be smaller or 93- have a larger (~15mm) If your pitmann taper is too small for the 2wd centrelink- then I wonder what steering box is ...

I may have confused some people it's the hole for the center link that's in the pitman arm and it's 11mm on the top and about 9mm on the bottom. Dose any one know who can machine tapered holes
