I havent actually got them on yet but ive spoken to Ricky at 4wd accessories and 4wd upgrades and they said they will fit on fine, but i just want a bit of clearance between the tyre and guards. I think body lift sounds like the way to go. thanks

Yeah it already has a spring lift. putting 35s on it, they fit but want a big more room for articulation.

What is better for height and performance and handling? 50mm body lift or is it better to go for longer leaf spring shackles for my 70 series landcruiser? It already has new springs and shocks, about 2 inch lift.

I went out 4wding last night and found that my landcruiser would not go into 4wd high or low. I think this may be due to the manual hubs not locking in as I accidently forgot to take the hubs out of lock (only for 1/2 an hour or so though after a 4wd trip).
