Thanks Sadam Lets put it this way - Skid earned some beer credits from me. Anyone have some PTO shear pin recommendations? Kind of getting a tiny bit sick of fitting pins just to have them break at the slightest load - a mere 3 tons! So far concrete nails and 8/8 bolts have been suggested as pin ...

As I typed, there are plenty of places to have ones forward motion slowed ..... I don't however recommend doing so with as good a sea view

Hi Marty.
The 80 is either much further in the future or in next week depending on the seller.
The exposed bumper just looks a bit untidy so keen to get it ship shape again

Wanted - HJ60 right rear plastic bumper corner
Hi Guys.
You know how it is .... it was there at the start of the trip but somewhere along the way it "dropped off"
The chances of finding it are looking slim so if you have a spare I'm interested.

Red Rocks still open last Saturday using the small bypass.
Someone (roading engineer
) has dramatically improved the original work by closely packing rocks so whats underneath you barely moves. I expect they did it in daylight though

Seen in Red Rocks area on Wednesday by someone else: http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e138/nzhj60/red-rocks-chopper.jpg I expect if there was more rock ready to fall then this sort of water dumping would have moved it so the track should be almost "safe" for a while or until next storm. hj60

I got there a little earlier yesterday and meet up with the late model black shorty landrover. He had pulled two trucks through that got hung up on the rocks - one was a hilux that broke something in the attempt
