Re: Expected life of EGT Sensor
Not a wiring issue by any chance? Have you looked at the gauge while wiggling everything around a bit? Hmmmm good question, but I don't think so, sometimes the gauge is reading around half of the value it should, sometimes nothing and sometimes gives a normal reading, especially when cold, so I ...

Nope, just doesn't read reliably, sometimes it works ok when it is cold for a while, but once it has been running for a while the gauge just drops back to zero, then sometimes reads and then drops again etc etcAny damage to the turbo ??

Expected life of EGT Sensor
Hi Guys Sorry haven't posted much for a while but have a question about how much life people are getting out of their EGT Gauge sensors. I put an EGT gauge in the million dollar Mitzy about 18 months ago from a crowd called Driven performance but the sensor has just died. As it will be a prick of a ...

Re: $10,000 mitzy
Well, this must be one of the only 1st Gen Pajeros in the country (world even?) to undergo what looks like a comprehensive restoration. It's hard to fathom but in a couple more years vehicles of this age will be 'classic cars'. Awesome truck, well done. Thanks Smurf, yes I must say I haven't seen ...

Wanted Gen1 Pajero centre wheel clips

It turns out there is a difference between the diesel ones and the V6 petrol ones that are on the mag wheels. http://i1244.photobucket.com/albums/gg565/1000dollamitzy/20140830_130016.jpg Here is a picture ...

My father in law has one, good truck, goes well, but as everyone says they drink like a fish. However if you are doing less than about 7000km a year then it will still work out a lot cheaper running the petrol as there are no rucs, the rego is cheaper, they are cheaper to buy and you have to service ...

Hi Clive
I don't know what sort of a motor you want, but if you want to import I can help get that sorted for you. A good broker will save you money not cost you money, and I just happen to know one of the best. Don't forget what I do for a job....if you call it that......

Re: Wanted tow wagon
I Got a 96 Gen 2 pajero for sale soon, its got the 3.5L non GDI V6 in it, and a huge transcooler. Tows extremely well. leather seats etc. with a limited slip in the back and 35's it would go pretty well, although you would need to do a bit of a lift or something to get them underneath.
