Be careful on how much you have tweaked it When I bent My front Diff housing ( Air Time..), I gained a whole lot of Negative camber, one side bent up the ball so much the 3 month old Axel seal starting leaking, (from bone dry to Drips right away ) I'm guessing the Axel shaft wasn't sitting level ...

hahaha Yea The Standard Grey over Black. They are the 15x10 at -44 offset.. Love the offset, Hate the width due to tyres de beading to easy , Running tubes now and has been good . touch wood. Wouldn't worry about the height from gaurd to center of hub much , espically with Body over Chassis setup ...

I've got a pair of rear rotors from a GU . They Are used discs ,

(Also have the Rear Diff housing, side axels (no diff head), and brake callipers if anyone interested)

I agree with AlBundy, Have yours been diesel or Petrol ? Mine is Petrol and seem to turn on and off fairly quick, I wonder if this is providing more Vaccum than a Diesel engine would ( I havn't had any experiance with other lockers though.) I even fitted it today and tested it on Axel stands, All Ok .

Dogleg Gear , Factory Locker GQ, Repair or replacment?

Broken mine, yet to have a propper look at it , had to leave it soon as I got it out, but I saw the engaging teeth/ gear broken .
Anywhere I can get them new with out paying through my teeth ?
Or anyone here has any second hand ones for a fair price?

Pulled out my rear diff pumpkin out of the Safari..
Drain oil and found chipped teeth, yup That's where the problem is for the rear diff lock :roll:

Billy - I got one from Auto bend also (3inch Mandrell Steel tube). Mine comes close to the head light (but behind offcourse) TB42E engine so my air intake pipe in that area, I Wonder if they made them for the 12V Diesels Patrols (NZ new) ? I will have to adapted my intake to it . Shouldn't be hard ...

Hey mate, I have 2 sets .. You're meaning the facelift 16x8 wheels right ?
I have One standard set with stock size tyres.
Other set has been painted black, and smaller than stock tyres .

Death Inc : I work in South . Live in East Auckland.

I'm wanting to strengthen it as much as possible with out going over kill ($$) , As Nismo26 said, shaving the bottom of the diff head would be good to do while it's out.

Debeaded tyre of rim . easy fix .
Used up alot of petrol - expected with a TB42.
Get home all good, wait a minute, alot of camber in front wheel,
That's not right for Solid diffs.. :cry:

If you're meaning the Falcon Calipers with the handbrake built in, I wouldn't trust them ,even if you rekitted them and they are very old now. (AU and newer started using drum /disc setups ) and the drums go out of adjustment very quickly, and can be noisy if you don't get the adjustment perfect ...
