am after the torque settings for the flexiplate when replacing the rear main seal in my suzuki vitara H20a

wanting the torque settings cheers

anyone know the torque settings for the timing sprockets on a h20a the same as the h25a when replacing the timing chains on 1995 vitara with h20a in it
