Could possibly swap for 4.1 diff heads. I have a front one in good condition and a rear LSD that has just been shimmed by Steelie gears

Hi there, bit off subject but who cut down your truck? I want to do my safari and am capable of cutting it and building the tray etc but unsure about how to put in the rear wall. I'm located in Auckland if you know any one capable of doing it? Any info would be much appreciated cheers

Body lifting a auto gq safari
Hi all, is it an easy job to body lift an auto lwb gq safari? Iv only ever done body lifts on manual trucks and the gear lever just ends up lower but what is the story with an auto? Any advice would be appreciated cheers

I have seen those reduction gears but they only reduce the low range gears. Looks like the crown and pinion in my diffs is the only way to go then for over all reduction

Hi there, Was wondering if anyone knows anything about reducing the final drive in your gear box instead of changing the gear and pinion in your diffs for larger tyres. I have a gq safari. Trying to get some funds going for a new truck as this one in the pics was stolen and i had no insurance. Ended up getting a few parts back. Looking for a standard manual safari if anyone knows of one going.

Td42 230kms Manual conversion comes with gearbox, manual fly wheel, clutch and brake pedals plus clutch booster. rear drive shaft. just needs a clutch bundy line replaced from the booster to the slave cylinder. Located in Auckland 0212965344 Brent
