ive just done a body lift, so i need to get it certed? where can i do this

For Sale $150 homemade(bought them off trademe), sturdy, good rollers, carpet on top

looking for some good tread and even tread 33 x 12.5 x 15 mud tyres,
would be good if they were on 15x10 black steelis with a large offset

i have 31x10.5r15 on white 15x8 steelies , all have good tread and even wear would be interested in swapping these for the 33s
