Redoing all my links. Didn't like the spherical rod ends or the link material. I'm going to be using schedule 80 pipe and Toyota Surf rear trailing arm rubber bushes. They have a 16mm bolt. Strong, less road noise, better fitted for the application. Also making the rear with air bags so it can kneel ...

Had a good stern talk to myself and decided to finish this thing.

Short video of how the winch disc brake works. Spring slows down winch motors. Once delay timer counts down it lock brake in place with air pressure on the back of the ram.

They RPM racegear. Not sure where to buy, got them off a fellow 4 wheeler.

I used an old warn solenoid pack to make the 24v supercharger. Works mint.....but burnt out ha ha to be expected.

Its stays clean out the back and nice and high to keep it out the soup. Could look a bit better but works for now.

Used a bit of tube to gusset the brake master cylinder bracket.

Mounted the brake cylinder, air solenoids and control wiring in an ip 56 rated box. Cut a perspex window out to keep an eye on it.
