Re: bj74 wreaking
Hi mate, would you sell the turbo plus actuator separately? Could also be interested in the exhaust manifold if you are willing to sell it.

Re: door alingment
Is it off at the top or bottom? If it is the bottom you could put an extra washer or two on the big bolts that secure the bulkhead. The tub I wouldn't think you could do anything about given the fixed position of the bits it is bolted to.

7psi wastegate actuator wanted
As per the title. I'm after one for a CT26, but there seems to be none forthcoming so I'll modify a bracket or something to fit any old actuator provided it is 7psi (0.5 bar).

Re: WTB Toyota 13bt exhaust manifold
Doesn't seem like there is an abundance of these floating around, anyone have one from a 3b? I'll just run N/A if I can get a 3b manifold.

Sadly mudlva was selling a complete engine which I'm not able to buy so if anyone has one of these manifolds I'm still in the market for one.

Sorry I've edited that now. I'm in Wellington, but I'm sure I can sort out shipping etc if it isn't local. That sounds like exactly what I need!

WTB Toyota 13bt exhaust manifold
As stated in the title I'm after a 13bt manifold as I'm putting a turbo on my 3b, so if there are any other manifolds out there that would do the job please enlighten me!

Re: Tracks in Wellington
Yeah we were pretty careful. Got out and walked any section we thought may be dicey before we went down it to make sure we were happy with it. The track was in good nick though nothing was too full on I didn't think. I read a few threads on here where some of the corners down to the hut had washed ...

Re: Tracks in Wellington
Hi fellas, we did the Odlins road track on Sunday in my brothers 70 series swb landcruiser. It was the first time either of us had been on that track. We made it down past the hut, crossed the river a few times and then it basically turned into just boulders on the riverbed and we couldn't see where ...

Hi all,
Are there any public tracks around wellington (other than red rocks)? I've had a look in this section and can't find anything.
Cheers in advance.

I'll be putting one on my 13bt landcruiser engine (that had one previously), do you know which ones are a straight bolt on fit?

WTB CT26 turbo
Hi all,
I'm after a ct26 turbo to buy. They come off Toyota Landcruisers as well as Supra's and Celica's (they may be on other Toyota models too).
So if anyone knows of one for sale, let me know.
Cheers.

Re: Chassis swap s2a
Cheers niblik, that is what intend on doing. I've been referred to an engineer who is apparently an expert fabricator/welder so I've got the cross member issue sorted hopefully. Might get him to tidy up the footwells while he is there and tidy up the weld on the front bullbar which is a tad rough. I ...

Re: Chassis swap s2a
Jeez too bad those blokes are in Norway I could use their help! Having a chat to a fabricator/welder who might be able to make a cross member for me. Might pick up the spare chassis regardless, then at least I'll have a tidy spare lying around if i ever need it/feel like taking on the mission of ...

Re: Landcruiser drive shaft
Cheers for the replies. Well my vehicle actually a land rover but has all the running gear from a 70 series (late 80's/early 90s I think). The engine is a 13bt, gearbox, disc brakes, diffs etc are all cruiser so I figure it will be a straight swap with another cruiser one. There is a wee bit of ...

Landcruiser drive shaft
Hi all, The driveshaft on my 70 series cruiser running gear looks like it has whacked a rock or something and has a ding in it. Advice on how to suss that out? Can you straighten them out or are you better of getting a replacement piece? If replacing it is the way to go I'd appreciate a point in the ...

Cheers guys. For better or worse I've bought a 69 s2a, posted another thread about a potential chassis swap as there are some dodgy cross members that need fixing so check that out and give me some much needed pointers! Probably the first of many things I'll need to patch up

Chassis swap s2a
Hi guys, went and picked up my new series 2a today. Rear cross member is beyond repair, body cross member needs some patching and the front isn't without it's faults too. I'm after opinions on the easiest way to proceed. I can either get a replacement rear X member made, or if I can find one second ...

Re: show us ya landy
Just bought my first Land Rover. It is a series 2a SWB with a landcruiser 3400cc diesel engine and landcruiser transmission. Planning on getting it this weekend and doing some work on it. It needs some rust underneath removed, and some of the wiring tidied up. Hopefully it'll be WOF'd and on the ...
