If its from PNG its Probably had a rough life, Roads there a shot, so suspension normally gets a hammering. And whenever cars go in for a service, they normally come out worse off and missing screws etc. We had an old work Hilux there, its got rolled and would be written off in most country ...

Im going against the grain here...I think the police do a good job...sure they might be a tad slack in some areas...but there are plenty worse police forces in the world.
