Starting to feel better about my tapping noise.
Yeah, got a beam axle, not sure they knew about IFS in 82 when they made my Ute?
So off with the sump it is and I'l have a look to see how bad it is.
Had nothing to do for Easter anyway.
Always keen to have a chat with any locals with similar mods.

Long Wheel base springs are the same height but stiffer, I put Lifted LWB Maxitrac springs in my Paj (95 2.8 SWB) and then strapped on a set of 32x11.5's. Mullet, I put some 31x10.5x15 Sumitomo's on the Paj about 60k ago. Full MT and after them being run 95% or more of the time onroad they still have 7mm of tread (19 to start i think). Matt, Yeah made the shift up the corp ladder. Repco Blenheim is a step up and closer to home (NSN). Can't wait to head over home with the truck. The only way to get to Nelson is over the Mongotapu yeah?

Surley any excuse to have more tools is a valid one although I must appoligise that no one told you that you can buy Torx individually you just need to know what size you need.
From the top of head (cloudy from beer) i think you can even get 3/8th and 1/2" options. :)
