That would only bleed off excess boost. and it would open at 12-14 psi if was still fitted as all TD**T's are fitted with em up until the introduction of the electronically controlled pumps. the engine starves out which tells us that it's restricted fuel weather it be air and/or diesel/ Jet A ...

recently my safari has had a new turbo put on maybe a month old. works fine boosts well but last trip out it started to "boost cut" as i would put it. it would rev and hit full boost fine (17psi) then maybe 4 seconds into full boost the boost gauge would drop to 4-6 psi. i then had to button off and ...

33x12.5 maxxis bighorns for sale.

got four 33 inch maxxis bighorns (the older tread pattern) for sale can come on 8 inch steelies or 10 inch steelies or just as rubber no rims. there around half worn. only selling because i need to buy a turbo for my wagon. may consider swaps.

they are just a 15x8 steel rim im not sure what offset, but they fit 35x12.5 with no rubbbing on the front radius arms, and i havnt adjusted the steering stops

shocks wanted

looking for a pair of shocks that are the pin/thread and nut style top and bottom eg. 80 series front shocks. the longer the better. can be any brand and size.

If starting in neutral doesn't work, then the next thing is finding out if you have 12volt on the small spade terminal on the starter when the key is held to start. I suggest removing the wire from the starter before testing, just in case. If you get 12volt then I would say your starter is playing ...

Pull the trigger wire off the starter and check if you get 12v when you hit the key. If you do the starter is closed. If you don't it could be the inhibitor or a few other things. Tight doesn't guarantee a good connection esp. on the battery terminals, make sure the terminals and the inside of the clamps are clean. Have you tried jump starting it with another vehicle? Auto or Manual? If auto, have you tried starting with it in neutral rather than park? yea i removed both ...

yea triple checked every wire is tight. battery terminals are clean and tight.

yup checked the spade terminal, thats connected.

range rover no-go

3.5 efi v8 1986 range rover. when i turn the key nothing happens all dash lights up as normal then turn the key to start, nothing. dosent click, dosent turn over. tried jump starting but still nothing. can anyone help?
