There is no date that they got bigger, it is just luck of the draw.
Mould numbers mean nothing either.
Even the importers have no idea, what size they are getting from batch to batch.

Ive got a Heavy duty jobbie from Waikato Brake and Clutch, Holds 30lb when we were tuning it, but more importantly holds the 20lb+ when towing the winch truck on the trailer..... and I give it a pretty good thrashing when that trailers on.

Have you tried genuine bushes? I ran aftermarket nissan bushes in the back of my hilux, and they were destroyed after a 3 day comp down south, Replaced them with genuine Nissan ones after that, they have had 5 years of abuse and are still fine. that hole your blocking off in picture 2 mite be where the engine is sucking in air to get it to idle? so your thinking it should be hooked into intake before sc, so filtered but not forced? somehow with bypass actuator? Hope that makes sense! think so. so what about that small hole in second photo? got us stumped. sucks like hell at idle but blows when revved. if you put finger over when idleing it makes engine run really rough. obviously should have a pipe fitting sticking out, but where would/should pipe go to ...
