Series 3 rear Crossmember
Hi Folks,
I have been stripping down a Series 3 88" with the intention of getting it back on the road. The rear crossmember is rather rusty so thinking a replacement might be the way to go.
Anyone know of anywhere in NZ that can supply them?
Cheers

Re: Getting an old Landy back on the road
Yep, needs an inspection and re-registering as the exemption has lapsed.
Apparently I can apply to keep using the Black & Silver plates which makes the rego $20 cheaper!

Re: Getting an old Landy back on the road
I will give them a call.
The carjam report says the Rego is "Lapsed" so I am guessing that I could just get the exemption cancelled and pay the license fee.
Cheers

Getting an old Landy back on the road
Hi Folks, I have just aquired a 1979 Landy in reasonable condition that I hope to put back on the road. Its registraion expired in 2006 and is currently exempt class B. I have never tried to reregister an old vehicle before and was wondering if anyone had any advice or info on what would be involved ...
