Last stock ecotec I bought was $350 complete from zebra so I'd say somewhere around that mark there are heaps of them out there in the wreakers yards

I can dig out my notes on wiring/colours if it will help you, but it should be on the clarion unit under the passengers' kick panel. I think I ended up splicing all the 12v outputs into one.

Its been a work in progress but havnt actually used it had it made up for a while then i put it on my winch. Not my winch in photo. But then i needed my oba setup which agian took its time so it operates but ive decided to redo my winch tube as mines rear mounted. So winch doesnt have any rope on it...

Cant find my book i worked out all the dash wiring conversions but if your dash wiring is the same as mine alt charge is Yellow w/White stripe with brown dots

Dont modify 15A plug and dont assume you have 2.5mm 2c+e tps (20A circuit protected) running to your ppts many places only have 1.5mm 2c+e tps. (16A circuit protected)

AH batts are generally deep cycle wont last to long with winch draining 500+Amps but what would i know.

i made ups some dyno labels and stuck them to the speedo just went for a drive with the gps and recorded what speeds were what cert man was happy with this ive got 50 60 70 80 90 100

my Ecotec V6 conversion isnt that thirsty and has loads of power and now ive got my worked motor in makes even more herbs. Great thing about commy motor is cheap part even cheap motors i picked one up for $350 when i stuffed a bearing. However with the commy you MUST modify the sump or it will cost ...

Make it out of something heavier then bicycle tubing any you'll be right. Have bend one back into shape before was far to easy to manipulate.

Bought actuator off ebay a long long time ago. Ill have to see if its still in my purchases.

Wasn't still in there from memory it was about $80-$100 landed. Solenoid valve was cheap $15 was looking for actuator for a while ebay is best place to look specials pop up now and then.
