I've put it off long enough but time is come to replace the leaking seals on the swivel boxes. I'll be doing the bearings and seals in there at the same time, I have but one question..... When I put the new king pin bearings in will that affect the amount of shims I need for correct adjustment? Curr...

I'm just going through this at the moment myself, the turbo models come with the alloy housing hence the price differences. So I've been told anyways.

Tyre wear is fine, vehicle pulls left which is the only reason I'm going down this path as it's rather bugging me on long trips.
I'm determined to get this thing driving straight if it damn near kills me.

Good condition radiator out of my 94 lwb turbo safari.
I've been giving my truck a birthday in preparation for my retirement in a couple of months and have just replaced the radiator as part of it.

Heh, ya maniac!
Me and my truck are all about towing the boat to the water and back.
Spose I should strip the housing and run a long straight edge across the face of the pumpkin then measure forward to the knuckles to check for bendy bendy.

Actually yes it is, the driver side is leaking.possible that this one has been bent forward ?

Done that and swapped out the old diff/radius arm bushes also. Along with putting in another pair of radius arms.

It's only used to pull the boat and my fat ass to work so my question is do I go genuine or aftermarket and is there anyone you recommend to purchase these from?
