Strat it from dead cold and run a heat gun or at worst your hand along the exhaust manifold, one of them will be cold if it's running on 3 - make sure it's cold though as after awhile the heat will transfere and it will be hard to pick up, once you know what cylinder it is swap the injector and see ...
