I try to engage 4wd but the light flashes and beeps , it's a 2lte wiring loom with a 1kz motor in it, but it's running a Manuel injection pump. I thought it was the speed sensor not working at first but repaired that but still not working. Hard to explain but hope you guys catch my drift haha

I have converted my 2lte to a 1kz running a Manuel pump but trying to work out how to rewire. Could I just rewire back to ignition switch? Cheers

Fitting the egt probe into the motor, either put it after the turbo in the dump pipe or before the turbo in the egr blanking plate? Pros and cons are if prob breaks it'll go though the turbo when fitted in egr plate, but will get higher more accurate readings?

I'm trying to hook up the glow plugs on the 1kz using the 2lte loom. I have gone to a Manuel pump so I don't have a ecu. The 1kz only has 1 quite thick wire going to the glow rail but the 2lte has 3??? Any feedback would be appreciated

I have just done a conversion on my ln130, from a 2LTE to a 1kz, Manuel pump etc on a r151f gearbox. I have a set of 4.11 diffs and a set of diffs out of the 2LTE r151f which I don't know what ratio they are... Which diffs would be better to get the revs down on the open road? With 31, 32 inch tyres ...

With the 1kz won't the gear ratios be to high? Revving to fast?

I'm considering doing a lift on my surf tomorrow but I don't have any Manuel locking hubs to stop those front shafts spinning yet. I'm gonna do about a 2" sus lift on it and wondering if the cv angle will be to steep running the lift kit with auto hubs? Thoughts?

Mine is a 130 yes, but it would struggle to run heaps of lift on standard dampeners etc?

Just got it checked out and yes your right. My high clutch is slipping. Costly job which i cannot afford.... My options are replace auto trans, manual conversion, get old one fixed or sracp my truck and start new with another truck... hilux... im aloud to dream
