15x10s will stick outside the factory flares

As said above you will have to run 16" rims. You can stick to factory ones or if you are looking at aftermarket steelies then you can go ti a 16x8" with a negative 28 offset. Tyres you can run the 285/75r16 or the 305/70r16. You can do all of this on a standard height 80. Just to wet your appetite ...
