Nissans seem to have a problem with the internal beadlocks, Probably something to do with their weight & width. We all know Nissans are like that big bloke propped up by the dart board at the pub. Also there's to many ruts around made peaple in Suk Tonka toys.

Does anyone know if the computer out of the 2.4 EFI is compatable with a 1KZ motor? I can get hold of a motor but the computer is not with it, but I have a comuter out of a 2.4.

Keep a bunch of heavy duty cable ties in your truck toolbox. They work pretty good as a temp fix for the steering flexi joint. also you'd be amazed at wwat else you can fix with a cable tie.

I'm running an old 4Y at the moment in an old RN61 Surf. It was a turbo diesel slug. That was donated to someone that wanted a boat anchor. What I'm actaully wondering is if some of the other transfercases out there have a lower low range. I d'n't want to do the double transfercase thing yet.

Boy I openned a can of worms here. My opinion is if a warrant person says that a Lockrite is illegal because they are to dangerous in the wet then an LSD should also be banned as well because they can be lethal in the wet as well.

Too expensive - also no mention of whether the rear LR has been certified; if it hasn't, and its picked up at WOF, you're up for a $350 cert fee ... and, until it is certified Insurance companies have an out. Never heard of cert being needed for a locker. If it was the case there are hundreds of ...

Use a 60-or 70-series 5-speed box which will give you your offset. Don't use a hilux one - G52 or W56, they are both designed for low-output motors and you'll chew them to pieces in short order with the 1UZ. The Bundera uses an R-series box from memory, which is supposed to be stronger - but you ...

If thats the case then no they are all center'ed, well all the old ones are, I wouldn't know about the new ones I can't afford to get under one of them Cheers Reece Try a Bundera or sx Prado. They ...
